<br />LLoyd E. Mader and Patricia ~[. Mader, husband and wife, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of Fift One Thousand Two Hundred Ei ht Six and 84/100
<br />Dollars ($51,286, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys
<br />unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, overhead and underground
<br />electric lines, static/ground conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes,
<br />poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers, surface
<br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over,
<br />across, underneath, and through a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(W'/2NE'/) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West
<br />of the 6th P.M. ,Hall County, Nebraska. The easement and right-of-way being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />The westerly twenty-five (25) feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE'/) of Section
<br />Twenty-six (26), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a total of 1.52
<br />acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2009, marked
<br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the fallowing rights:
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described
<br />easement and right-of-way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, construction,
<br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and
<br />operation of such overhead and underground electric utilities and appurtenances. Such
<br />rights of ingress and egress shall be exercised in a reasonable manner.
