Rainforth, Trustees <br />12590 Platte River Dr. <br />Doniphan, NE 68832 <br />Legal Description of Real Estate from which the transfer of certified irrigated acres is being <br />requested: <br />1.8 acres lying within the E''/Z NE'/ SW'/; 1.3 acres lying within the E'/z E'/~ SE'/ <br />SW'/ and 1.3 acres lying within the S'/Z SW'/ SE'/ SW'/ of Section 14, <br />Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6~h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />The above-named lienholder hereby states, represents and agrees as follows: <br />1. Lienholder presently holds one or more mortgages, deeds of trust and/or other <br />consensual liens upon the above-described real estate (hereinafter referred to as the "property"), <br />which mortgages, deeds of trust and/or other consensual liens are described as follows: Deed of <br />Trust executed by Daniel J. Rainforth and Patricia D. Rainforth, husband and wife, to Heritage <br />Bank, dated March 30, 2004 and filed April 19, 2004 in the Register of Deed's Office as <br />Document No. 200403796. <br />2. Lienholder has been notified that the owners of the real estate legally described <br />hereinabove desire to file a request with the Central Platte Natural Resources District (hereinafter <br />referred to as "CPNRD") for a permit to allow the transfer of certified irrigated acres from the <br />real estate described hereinabove to a different parcel of real estate. Lienholder has been <br />requested to consent to such request and to the transfer of the certified acres from the above- <br />described real estate. <br />
