<br />For value received, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and transfers to Larry
<br />Paulsen, all beneficial interest under that certain Deed of Trust dated August 2, 2006,
<br />executed by Copper Creek Estates, LLC, Trustor, to Five Points Bank, Trustee, and
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 2006069Q1, in the OfEce of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds describing land therein as follows:
<br />A tract of comprising the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty-
<br />three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6t"
<br />P.M., in Hall county, Nebraska, excepting therefrom the following parcels;

<br />Ha11 County, Nebraska.
<br />'The Real property or its address is commonly known as Old Potash Road and Englernan
<br />Road, Grand Island, NE 6$$03;
<br />together with the note or notes therein described or referred to, the money due and to
<br />become due thereon with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under such Deed of
