<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the ~'~ day of May, 2010, CitiMnrtgage, Inc., as the
<br />plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Tarra Martin aka

<br />Tama S. Martin, Bobbie Martin aka Bobbie E. Martin, John Doe and Jane Doe, real name and marital
<br />status unknown, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting,
<br />to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Tarra Martin aka Tarra S. Martin and Bobbie Martin aka
<br />Bobbie E. Martin to First American Title Company, Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest
<br />in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to obtain an order for
<br />the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such
<br />deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated June 27, 2008 and was
<br />recorded on June 30, 2008, as Instrument number 0200805590 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Sixteen (16), Argo Third Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
