<br />EASEMENT
<br />This easement, made this ~~ day of MQ , 2010, between Woitaszewski
<br />Brothers Land Partnership, a Nebraska General rtnership, Grantor, and Dayle L. Hulme ~
<br />and Kay V. Hulme, husband and wife, and Harlan Hughes, a single person, Grantees. d

<br />WHEREAS, Grantor is owner of a certain property in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Grantees are the owners of adjacent property,
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor is willing to grant Grantees a permanent easement for ingress
<br />and egress across Grantor's property to the Grantee's well, which is located on Grantor's
<br />property. Said easement shall allow Grantee's access to the well for purposes of
<br />maintenance or repairs on the well.
<br />THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby grant to the
<br />Grantees, their successors and assigns, ingress and egress only over and upon the real
<br />estate described as follows:
<br />A strip of land being part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(SE1/4NE1/4) of Section (6), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, with the
<br />centerline of said 20.0 foot strip of tang being more particularly described as
<br />fallows: Referring to the Northeast corner of Government Lot 1 in said
<br />Section 6 and assuming the East line of said Government Lot 1 and the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 6 as bearing S
<br />02°04'37" E and all bearings contained herein are relative thereto: thence S
<br />02°04'37"Eon the aforesaid East line a distance of 1060.64 feet to the
<br />Southeast corner of Lot One (1),ONE subdivision, a subdivision being part
<br />of Government Lot 1 and part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of
<br />Section 6, Township 11 North, Range 12 ~1Nest of the Sixth Principal
<br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska; thence S 87°55'23"Won the South line
<br />of said ONE Subdivision a distance of 101.24 feet to the Southwest corner
<br />of said ONE Subdivision, said point being onanon-tangent curve; thence on
<br />a 665.0 foot radius non tangent curve concave southwest an arc distance of
<br />85.85 feet to the ACTUAL PLACE OF BEGINNING, said point being N
<br />33°39'12" W a chard distance of 85.8 feet from the previously described
<br />point, said place of beginning being on the centerline of said 40.D foot strip
<br />of land; thence leaving non tangent curve S 87°55'23"Won the centerline
<br />of said 40.0 foot strip of land a distance of 137.3 feet to the paint of
<br />termination.
<br />This easement shall be a perpetual easement, to run with the land.
