DETHLOFF and LAURIE A. DETHLOFF, husband and wife, of a Lease <br />dated ~ t~rl~ ~~ 2010, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and <br />TIMOTHY J. DETHLOFF and LAURIE A. DETHLOFF, husband and wife, are the <br />Lessees, such lease commenced May 1, 2010, and terminates April 30, 2045, and <br />pertains to: <br />The South One Half (S1/2) of Lot Eight (8), and all of Lot Nine <br />(9) situated on the West side of the West portion of Kuester Lake <br />Located on the East one-half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2SW1/4) <br />Of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9), <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />Debtor to Home Federal Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, as additional security for <br />payment of a Note in the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND <br />NO DOLLARS ($188,000.00) and a Financing Statement or mortgage or trust deed <br />covering the above-described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />KUESTER LAKE, INC. <br />r <br />By <br />W.P.
