Lautenschlager, ASingle Person, as Trustars, to Platte <br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & <br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 30, 2006 recorded July 18, 2006 as <br />Instrument #0200606372 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have <br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described <br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001): <br />South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2SW1/4) and the South Haif of the North <br />Haif of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2 N1/2 SW1/4) of Section Eight ($), Township Nine (9) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract <br />deeded to the State of Nebraska more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded <br />as Document No. 82-002223 and excepting a certain tract more particularly described in <br />Condemnation recorded in Book 17, Page 452. <br />Date: May 11, 2010 <br />Platte Valley State Bank ~ Trust Company <br />By T ~/~° <br />Melv n E.
