Lautenschlager, ASingle Person, as Trustors, to Platte <br />Valley State Bank 8~ Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & <br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 10, 2009 recorded March 23, <br />2009 as Instrument #0200902062 in the office of the Register of Deeds pf Hall County, <br />Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance <br />be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, <br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and <br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described <br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001): <br />Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,.
