Treffer, John Treffer, and Elizabeth Treffer, <br />GRANTEES, <br />the following described real estate (as def~.ned in Nebraska <br />Revised Statutes Section 76-Zq1): <br />Part of Lot 13, County Subdivision of the <br />South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br />1F, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska: Commencing <br />at a point 4q feet Westerly and 4q feet <br />Northerly from the Southeasterly corner of Lot <br />13 of the County Subdivision of the South Half <br />of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, <br />Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, the real place of <br />beginning; running thence Northerly parallel <br />with the Easterly line of said Lot 13, for a <br />distance of 132 feet; thence ,turning a right <br />angle and running in a Westerly direction for <br />a distance of 64 and 3/4 feet; thence turning <br />a right angle and running in a Southerly <br />direction parallel with the Easterly line of <br />said Lot 13 for a distance of 132 feet; thence <br />turning a right angle and running in an <br />Easterly direction parallel with the Southerly <br />line of said Lot 13 for a distance of 64 and <br />3/4 feet to the place of beginning, exception <br />therefrom, however, that part thereof conveyed <br />to Central Power Company by Warranty Deed <br />recorded in Book 75, at Page 374, of the Deed <br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons <br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR has legal power and <br />lawful authority to convey and release the same. <br />
