<br />YOU ARE HERESY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />October 17, 2008, by JENNETTE S. TOMPKIN, formally known as Jennette S. White and
<br />Dana D. Tomlpkin, wife and husband, Trustors, in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as Beneficiary, and THOMAS LOCHER, as Trustee, and
<br />which was filed for record on Octaber 23, 2008, as Instrument No. 200808965, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br />Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. to U.S. BANK,
<br />N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated Apri121, 2010, and filed for record on April 26, 2010, as
<br />Instrument No. 201002754 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br />Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT 1, BROOKS SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AS
<br />SURVEYED, PLATTED AND RECORDED
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Trustee, THOMAS
<br />LOCHER, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute §
<br />76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy
<br />the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust maybe thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
