<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />This Deed of Trust is made on this ~ day of 2010. D. DEAN
<br />RAINFORTH whose address for purposes of notices in respect to thi Deed of Trust 11743 S. 140t1
<br />Road, Wood River, NE 68883, and is sometimes herein identified as Borrower. The Trustee is
<br />Galen E. Stehlik, attorney at law, whose address is 724 West Koenig St., Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />68801. The Beneficiaries are ELIZABETH JOAN APFEL; GERALD H. RAINFORTH and
<br />ROSEMARY LEE MCLEY, as tenants in common, whose addresses for purposes of notification
<br />are shown on Attaclunent A, and sometimes herein identified as Lender; whether one or more.
<br />BORROWER IRREVOCABLY CONVEYS TO TRUSTEE, IN TRUST, WITH POWER

<br />Tract I -The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4), the North Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (N1/2SW1/4), the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NW1/4SE1/4), and the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW1/4NE1/4) of
<br />Section Seven (7), Township Nine (9) Nortl1, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; (extent 10.8 acres, more or less, conveyed to Roberts Construction Co.
<br />by deed recorded in Book 138, Page 229; and exce~~t 10.83 accres, more or less, conveyed
<br />to the State of Nebraska by deed recorded in Book 135, Page 575, and exce t 1.1 acres, more
<br />or less, conveyed to the State ofNebraska Gaineand Parks Commissiat`~ by deed recorded in

<br />and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1/4); thence running southerly, along and upon the west line ofsaid
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety-Four
<br />(1,394.0) feet; thence deflecting left 123°36'25" and running northeasterly, a distance of Nine
<br />Hundred Seventeen and Eighty-Four Hundredths (917.84) feet; thence deflecting right
