Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Sank, of P.O. Sox 160, Grand Island, JO•~D <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Radean G Block and Orletha A Block, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Equitable <br />Bank fka The Equitable Building 8v Loan Association; FSB, is named as the Beneficiary <br />and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated Feb. 06, 2001,: and recorded Feb. <br />13, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument <br />No. 0200~0~o~r2 regarding the real estate described in .paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Radean G clock and Orletha A Block, Husband and wife, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable <br />Building 8v Loan Association, FSB as Beneficiary, dated Feb. oG, 2ooi, and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hail County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200101072, <br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
