<br />DEED OF R.ECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated April 8, 2004, executed by Justin L. Paulk and Brenda J. Paulk, Husband ~~
<br />and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, a
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on April 15,
<br />2004, recorded as Instrument 0200403683, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT TWELVE (12) AND THE EAST TWENTY FIVE FEET OF LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK SIX (6),
<br />FIRST ADDITION TO WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 3`d day of May, 2010.
