<br />THAT, WHEREAS, the BENEFICIARY has requested, in writing, that this peed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below; in order to comply with the terms of the Nebraska Deed of Trust entered

<br />("Trustor"); Howard County Bank a branch of Sherman County Bank, whose address is St Paul, PO box 84, St. Paul, NE
<br />68873 (referred to below sometimes as "Lender" and sometimes as "Beneficiary"); and Sherman County Bank, whose
<br />address is PO box 543, Loup City, NE 68853 (referred to below as "Trustee") dated February 25, 2003, entered February
<br />28, 2003 entered as instrument no 200302364 in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of payment and in accordance with the request of the BENEFICIARY named
<br />therein, the undersigned as TRUSTEE does, by these presents, grant, remise; release and reconvey to the TRUSTOR the
