<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by CRYSTAL A
<br />STUECKRATH A 51NGLE PERSON as Trustor to U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY. NA as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated October 9,

<br />Instrument Number 200908215 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
