Lienholder presently holds one or more mortgages, deeds of trust and/or other <br />consensual liens upon the above-described real estate (hereinafter referred to as the "property"), <br />which mortgages, deeds of trust and/or other consensual liens are described as follows: Deed of <br />Trust dated Apri129, 2009 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska an May 4, 2009 as Document No. 200903387 and Deed of Trust dated June 24, 2009 <br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on July 8, 2009 as <br />Document No. 200905547. <br />2. Lienholder has been notified that the owners of the real estate legally described <br />hereinabove desire to file a request with the Central Flatte Natural Resources District (hereinafter <br />referred to as "CFNRD") for a permit to allow the transfer of certified irrigated acres from the <br />real estate described hereinabove to a different parcel of real estate. Lienholder has been <br />requested to consent to such request and to the transfer of the certified acres from the above- <br />described real estate. <br />3. This consent is being obtained to allow the Froperty Owners to transfer the right <br />to irrigate 6.7 acres lying within the E'/z NW'/ NE'/ of Section 34, Township 12 North, Range <br />
