Sundermeier and Marnie <br />Schager Sundermeier, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of <br />One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Chad M. Conklin and Amy J.
