<br />THIS MODIFICATION OF DEED OF TRUST IS DATED April 28, 2070, between Floyd Leiser, Jr., An Unmarried Individual,
<br />(referred to below as "Trustor"), whose address is 3550 N. Engleman Rd., Grand Island, NE 68803; and PLATTE VALLEY STATE
<br />BANK & TRUST COMPANY (referred to below as "Lender"), whose address is 810 Allen Dr., Grand Island, NE 68803.
<br />DEED OF TRUST. Trustor and Lender have entered into a Deed of Trust dated July 16, 2004 (the "Deed of Trust") recorded in Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska as follows:
<br />Recorded July 20, 2004 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 200407136
<br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property (the "Real Property") recorded in
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Thirty Four (34), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (70) West of the 6t"
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, Excepting tracts of land more particularly described in Book 4, Page 232; in Book 82, Page 608
<br />and in Document No. 83-0032G1.
<br />The real property or its address is commonly known as 3550 N. Engleman Rd., Grand Island, NE Hall County. The Real Property tax
<br />identification number is 400189690.
<br />MODIFICATION. Trustor and Lender hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows:
<br />MAXIMUM OBLIGATION LIMIT. Under terms of the Deed of Trust, as modified, Lender may make future advances of
<br />funds to Borrower. Any such future advance is entitled to the benefits of, and secured by, this Deed of Trust. Said
<br />future advances under the Deed of Trust are limited and will not cause the total principal balance of Note(s) secured
<br />by the Deed of Trust to exceed $250,000.00.
<br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed pf Trust shall remain unchanged and in
<br />full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of
<br />Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a
<br />satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Note"). It is the intention of Lender to
<br />retain as liable all parties to the Deed of Trust and all parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including accommodation parties,
<br />unless a party is expressly released by Lender in writing. Any maker or endorser, including accommodation makers, shall not be
<br />released by virkue of this Modification. If any person who signed the original Deed of Trust does not sign this Modification, then all
<br />persons signing below acknowledge that this Modification is given conditionally, based on the representation to Lender that the non-
<br />signing person consents to the changes and provisions of this Modification or otherwise will not be released by it. Phis waiver applies
<br />not only to any initial extension or modification but also to all such subsequent actions.
<br />SIGNATURES. i3y signing, each trustor acknowledges having read all the provisions of this Modification of Deed of Trust, and each
<br />Trustor agrees to its terms.
