<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GENARO
<br />BETANCOURT, a single person, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated September 3, 2008, and recorded September 3, 2008, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Number 200807606, has been paid,
<br />and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned., as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />A Tract of land comprising the easterly One Hundred Fifty (150.0) feet of the
<br />northerly Two Hundred Twenty-Five (225.0) feet of the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE'/4NE'/4) of Section Twenty-Three (23), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6`h P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska said
<br />tract containing 0.775 acres more or less,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
