<br /> NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, Equitable Bank, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated April 14,
<br />2006, wherein S Shane Trujillo and Kandi K Trujillo, Husband and Wife, are the Trustors, which
<br />was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 14,
<br />2006, as Instrument No. 0200603304 and contains as trust property the following-described real
<br />estate:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK TWO (2), PONDEROSA LAKE ESTATES 4T"
<br />SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA;
<br />which is commonly known as 231 Ponderosa Drive, Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and
<br />fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights
<br />(including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and
<br />profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal
<br />and similar matters, all of which was referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Real Property";
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to
<br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Promissory Note secured by
<br />that Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Real Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Promissory Nate dated
<br />April 14, 2006, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to the
<br />terms of the Trust Deed referred to above, which secures this obligation.
