A special tax is hereby levied for the cost of cutting, destroying, <br />and removing weeds, grasses, or worthless vegetation upon the hereinafter described lots and <br />pieces of ground during the 2009 season in proportion to the special benefits to such real estate <br />as determined and assessed by the City Council sitting as a Board of Equalization after due <br />notice thereof, in the following amounts: <br />~a,ub <br />Owner Location Legal Description Total <br />Martin Cortez 1304 N.
