Dzingle and Genera M. n ~ <br />Dzingle, husband and. wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and ~~ <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto David A.
