Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by CLARENCE D ZLOMKE, AN UNMARRIED PERSON , as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE <br />BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS SANK OF GRAND ISLAND, is named as <br />the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated APRIL 25, 2003 <br />and recorded MAY 1, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200305433 regarding the real estate described in <br />paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by CLARENCE D ZLOMKE, AN UNMARRIED 1PER8DN , as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE SANK, FKA <br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated APRIL <br />25, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska <br />as Document No. 200305433, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in <br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its <br />endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
