Ruston and Sue Huston Hundluy, Co-Trustees of the Sant C. Huston Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated September 24, 2002, as amended October 19, 2006, pursuant to Section 30-38,103 of the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code, hereby certify as follows: 1. Prior to his death, Sam C. Huston, as Settlor, created the Sam C. Huston Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated September 24, 2002, as amended October 19, 2006, (the "Trust Agreement") and until January 7, 2010 was serving as Trustee of said Trust; 2. Sam C. Huston died on January 7, 2010 and as a result of his death the Sam C. Huston Family Trust (Family Trust) was created pursuant to Article VIII Paragraph C. of the Trust Agreement; 3. Barbara L. Huston and Sue Huston Hundley were designated as the Successor Co- Trustees under the terms of the Trust Agreement and on February 2, 2010 executed an Acceptance of Trusteeship of said Trust; 4. Pursuant to the terms of the Trust Agreement the undersigneds are currently serving as the Successor Co-Trustees of said Sam C. Huston Revocable Living Trust and Family Trust; 5. The undersigneds as Successor Co-Trustees of said Trusts have all powers granted to trustees by the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code; 6. The Trust Agreement is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Sam C. Huston on January 7, 2010; 7. The taxpayer identification number for the Sam C. Huston Family Trust is 27- 6556289; 1
