<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, Sheryl Ann Jennelle, a single person„ of the City of v0
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, executed a Deed of Trust dated August 3,
<br /> 2041, duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall,
<br /> State of Nebraska on August 6, 2001, as Instrument Number 0200107774 of the
<br />
<br /> Mortgage Record, in said office, conveying to CHARTER WEST NATIONAL
<br /> BANK, certain real estate, in trust, to secure the payment of the indebtedness
<br /> mentioned therein. Said real estate is described as follows:

<br /> Lot Eight (8), Block Seven (7), Evan's Addition to the City of Grand Island
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br /> AND, WHEREAS, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of
<br /> said trust have been fully satisfied;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the premises, and the sum of
<br /> ONE DOLLAR, ($1.00) to it in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
<br /> hereby acknowledged, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br /> named therein, CHARTER WEST NATIONAL BANK, does hereby remise,
<br /> release and quitclaim unto the present owner or owners the said real estate and
<br /> unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the
<br /> right, title and interest which it has under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in
<br /> and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly described, reference
<br /> to which is hereby made for greater certainty.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the
<br /> privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging forever. AND FURTHER, that
<br /> said Trust Deed is, by these presents to be considered as fully and absolutely
<br /> released, canceled and forever discharged.
