<br /> YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br /> June 21, 2007, by GUILLERMO J. MORALES, Trustors, in favor of HOME FEDERAL
<br /> SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST
<br /> COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on June 21,
<br /> 2007, as Instrument No. 200705220, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL
<br /> SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an
<br /> Assignment dated May 21, 2007, and filed for record on July 31, 2007, as Instrument No. 200706527
<br /> in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has
<br /> been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN
<br /> OF GRAND ISLAND, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of
<br /> Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as
<br /> follows:
<br /> LOT THREE (3), IN BLOCK TWENTY SEVEN (27), IN CHARLES
<br /> WASMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br /> COUNTY, NEBRASKA,.
<br /> Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br /> payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br /> GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br /> Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br /> By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br /> to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br /> The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br /> Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
