<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Woodland Park
<br />Tawnhomes II, LLC, to Horizon Bank for the benefrt of Horizon Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May
<br />14, 2009 and recorded May 26, 2009 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />instrument number 0200904058, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
