<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 12, 1999 executed by Richard C Hiser and Ermagene F
<br />Hiser, husband and wife, in which Five Paints Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0099107029, on the 13th day of July, 1999, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
