<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />THARIN L PETERS AND BRENDA L PETERS. HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />AUGUST L 2003 and recorded NOVEMBER 18.2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrwnent 200315093 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to

<br />such premises:
