Anderson, a <br />single person, to AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS <br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated <br />June 29, 2007, and recorded July 2, 2007, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200705589, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />Lot One (1), Block Twenty-Seven (27), Gilbert's Third Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this day of April, 2010. <br />end R.
