<br />being recorded in therecords of Hall County, Nebraska on September 7, 1979 as
<br />Instrument Number 79-005$43, securing an original stated indebtedness of $60,000.00,
<br />has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Release
<br />of Mortgage be executed and delivered;
