METTENBRINK and PATRICIA A. <br />METTENBRINK, Husband and Wife; ARLENE O. METTENBRINK, a single person; GARY <br />R. METTENBRINK and KIM METTENBRINK, Husband and Wife; LYNN WILLIAM <br />METTENBRINK, a single person; CAROL A. HEIDE formerly CAROL A. METTENBRINK, <br />a single person; and FOUR-M LTD, a Limited Partnership, all hereinafter collectively referred to <br />as Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty One Thousand Six Hundred Dollars <br />($21,600.00), lawful of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the Grantee, the <br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presence grant, bargain, sell, and convey <br />and confirm unto the City of Woad River, Nebraska, a Municipal Corporation, Grantee, its <br />successors and assigns aright-of--way over and across that certain strip of land as more particu- <br />larly described on the attached Survey described as Detail "B" and Detail "C" incorporated <br />herein by reference in Hall County, Nebraska, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and <br />operating thereon and there over, electric power, transmission and telephone lines, and for use <br />for said purposes, and for the purpose of doing any and all matters and things that are legal and <br />lawful that may be necessary or desirable in connection with the erection, maintenance, <br />construction or operation of said lines. Grange warrants that after the initial construction and <br />i~istallation of the transmission line pursuant to plan disclosed to Grantor, Grantee will not erect <br />ar install any additional improvements in the easement area. <br />The Grantee by accepting and recording of public record the above and foregoing ease- <br />meat does hereby agree with the Grantors, their successors and assigns that any damage caused <br />to planted or growing crops within the easement area by the Grantee its agents or contractors will <br />be reimbursed to Grantors of their successors and assigns for the fair and reasonable value of <br />said damage or destroyed crop. <br />The Grantors, their successors and assigns reserve the right and privilege of entering into <br />and upon the described premises preparing the same for cultivation and all other farming pur- <br />poses, and the right to use the surface of said premises for farming purposes, without in any <br />manner interfering with. the use of said premises by the Grantee and the maintenance and opera- <br />r <br />4:.on ~,~ sofa pov~c:r trardsr~i-ss,on incr. <br />~._.7- <br />~, . <br />a <br />
