Denton, as Co-Trustee <br />and Roger Loibl, as Successor Co-Trustee of the K. E. Denton and Veva M. Denton ~ <br />Irrevocable Trust dated March 2, 1992, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One .w.W <br />Dallar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Klayton L. Kluwer and Michelle L.
