STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to <br />set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may enter upon real estate owned <br />by the Licensor to collect water, to wit: <br />To install three (3) groundwater monitoring wells an the City's right of way at the <br />locations listed herein. The access by Geotechnical Services, Inc. will be for the <br />purpose of using drilling equipment (mounted on a mid-sized pickup truck or similar <br />size vehicle) to collect groundwater samples from a permanently installed monitoring <br />well. See attached sketch. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee will be <br />installing and monitoring a well on the Licensor's real estate to which this License Agreement <br />shall apply: <br />• All of Park Reserve of the Resubdivision of Block One (1) of Gilbert's 2na <br />Addition, except the north Fifty (50') Feet thereof, and Lats One (1), Twa (2) <br />and Twelve (12) oftBlock One (1) of Gilbert's 2~ Addition, City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Ne raska. C~' ~ ~ ? bar-~'S ~ u,~, <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the <br />Licensee may enter upon the above locations at the Licensee's sole risk and expense. The <br />Licensee hereby waives any claim far damages against the Licensor, its officers, employee, <br />agents and independent contractors for any damage or injury that may result from said access. <br />The Licensee agrees to assume and pay all costs relating to the replacement or repair of the <br />property caused by Licensee. Licensee shall be responsible to make contact with abutting <br />property owner(s) that is responsible for maintenance of the street right-of--way where the <br />,gyp <br />G <br />
