<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated January 2, 2001, executed by Larry D. Ficken and Lynn K. Ficken,
<br />Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />January 8, 2001, recorded as Instrument 0200100142, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT THIRTY ONE (31), IN ISLAND ACRES NO. '~, A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF FRACTIONAL
<br />SECTION SEVEN (7); PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE WI~ST HALF (W 1/2W 1/2) OF SECTION EIGHT (8),
<br />AND PART OF LOT TWENTY-FOUR (24), ISLAND ACRES, ALL IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH,
<br />RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6~ A.M., iN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
