MFRS is a separate corporation that is acting solely as a nominee for <br />Lender and Lender's successors and assigns. 1VIERS is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. (888) 679-MFRS. <br />(F) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated Apri11.5, 2010.
