Release U on Pa meet and Dischar a of Grantor's Obli ations, Beneficiary <br />shall release this Deed of Trust and the lien hereof by proper instrument upon payment and <br />discharge of all indebtedness secured hereby, including payment of all reasonable expenses <br />incurred by Beneficiary in connection with the execution of such release and provided that <br />Grantor sends the written notice to Beneficiary in the form and manner required under Neb. Rev. <br />Stat. § 76-1014.01. <br />26. Waiver of Defenses. Grantor hereby covenants and agrees that Grantor shall not <br />apply for or avail itself of any a reinstatement, forbearance, appraisement, valuation, stay, <br />extension, homestead right, entitlement or exemption, or redemption laws, or any so-called <br />"Moratorium Laws," now existing or hereafter enacted, in order to prevent ar hinder the <br />enforcement or foreclosure of this Deed of Trust, but hereby waives the benefit of such laws.
