BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS <br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated <br />February 7, 1997, and recorded February 14, 1997, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97-101015, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that <br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />Feet <br />The Westerly Sixty-Three (b3)+l~ofLots One Hundred Thirteen (113) and One <br />Hundred Fourteen (114), in Hawthorne Place, an addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this ~~"~ day of April, 2010. <br />end R.
