<br />Thomas M. Atkins, a /k/a Thomas M. Atkins, Sr. and Linda J. Atkins, husband
<br />and wife, herein called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Three Thousand One
<br />Hundred Twenty Three and 75/100 Dollars ($3,123.75), receipt of which is hereby

<br />electric lines, static /ground conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes,
<br />poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers,
<br />surface markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along,
<br />over, across, underneath, and through a part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(WY2SE' /) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska. The easement and right- of-way being
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />The westerly twenty -five (25) feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/) of Section
<br />Fourteen (14), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska except the southerly Forty -five (45) feet thereof and
<br />that part contained in a tract of land conveyed by a warranty deed recorded as
<br />instrument no. 200509318 in the Hall County Register of Deeds.
<br />The above- described easement and right -of -way containing a total of 1.47
<br />acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2009,
<br />marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
