<br />Elmer E. Pollock, a single person, herein called Grantor, in consideration ofthe sum
<br />of One Thousand Five Hundred Ei ht Four and No/100 Dollars 1 584.00 ,receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASI~CA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, overhead and underground
<br />electric lines, static/ground conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes,
<br />poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers, surFace
<br />markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over,
<br />across, underneath, and through a part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(S'/2NW'/) of Section Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M. ,Hall County, Nebraska. The easement and right-of-way being more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />The southerly twenty-five (25) feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW'/) of Section
<br />Eleven (11), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska except the westerly Three Hundred Forty four (344) feet
<br />thereof.
<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a total of 1.32
<br />acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2009, marked
<br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
