<br />ELECTRIC EASEMENT
<br />Glen E. Wiese and Betty J. Wiese, herein called Grantor, in consideration of the
<br />sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred Sevent and No/100 Dollars 1 770.00 ,receipt
<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASI~CA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right-af-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, overhead and underground
<br />electric lines, static/ground conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes,
<br />pales, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers,
<br />surface markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along,
<br />over, across, underneath, and through a part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(E'/2) NW'/) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. ,Hall County, Nebraska. The easement and right-of-way being
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />The easterly twenty-five (25) feet of the Northwest Quarter (NW'/) of Section
<br />Twenty-six (26), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a total of 1.52
<br />acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2009,
<br />marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described
<br />easement and right-of-way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, construction,
