<br />ELECTRIC EASEMENT
<br />Robert M. Fielding and Kay M. Fielding, husband and wife, herein called Grantor,
<br />in consideration of the sum of Ei ht and No/100 Dollars $0.00 ,receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, overhead and underground
<br />electric lines, static/ground conductors, communication lines, cables, conduits, pipes,
<br />poles, towers, wires, fibers, anchors, foundations, footings, terminals, transformers,
<br />surface markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along,
<br />over, across, underneath, and through a part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(W'/zSE'/) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M. ,Hall County, Nebraska. The easement and right-of-way shall
<br />affect the following described real estate:
<br />All of the Grantor's interest in the West Twenty Five (25) feet of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW'/ SE'/) of Section Fourteen (14),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a total of 0.05
<br />acres, more or less, as shown on the plat dated November 9, 2009,
<br />marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described
<br />easement and right-of-way far any purpose necessary for the surveying, construction,
