<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by Terry L. Wiese and Tina
<br />M. Wiese, husband and wife,
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated February 28,
<br />2006, and recorded March 2, 2006, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200601814, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
