<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 26, 2001 executed by Agustin Bibian Campos and
<br />Guadalupe Bibian, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200108345, on the 20th day of August, 2001,
<br />and an Modification Of Deed of Trust dated June 4th, 2004 executed by Agustin Bibian a/k/a
<br />Agustin Bibian Campos, an Unmarried Man which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200405716 on the 10th day of June, 2004,
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot 3, Block 15 of the Original Town, now Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
