Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 150, Grand Island, ~c NE 58802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed \V~ by Thayer Family L.L.C., A NE Limited Liability Co. and Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M. Thayer, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated December 26th, 2002 and recorded January Ofr, 2003 and Re-Recorded on January 24, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200300121 and Re-Recorded as Instrument No. 200300941 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. 2. Deed of Reconve once. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Thayer Family L.L.C., A NE Limited Liability Co. and Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M. Thayer, Husband amd Wife, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as seneficiary, dated December 26th, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of xall County, Nebraska as Document No. 200300121 and Re-Recorded as Instrument No. 200300941, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person ar persons entitled thereto all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. 3.
