<br />a Nebraska Banking Corporation, filed its Complaint and action in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, appearing at Case No. CI10-332, .against Grand Isiand Regency
<br />Retirement of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Non-profit Corporation; Maxon E. Brehm
<br />and Noma I. Brehm, husband and wife; Emma M. Huges, a single person; Phyllis A.
<br />Rottiger, a single person; Merle W. Sundermeier and Doris Sundermeier, husband and wife;
<br />Betty M. Mabon, a single person; Jack Wilson and Marilyn Wilson, husband and wife;
<br />Richard E. Bortz and Ruth R. Bortz, husband and wife; Patricia A. Cumming, a single
<br />person; Irene F. Pelican, a single person; Irma L. Nichols, a single person; Robert L. Vieth,
<br />a single person; Ivan G. Gewecke and Evelyn E. Gewecke, husband and wife; Rudy Koch,

<br />Niemoth, husband wife; and John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and marital status unknown,
<br />Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain mortgage having a
<br />balance of Eight Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Dollars ($$95,000.00) plus interest at the
<br />rate of 16.00% per annum, on the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Lot 1, Medical Park Seventh Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />given by Defendant Grand Island regency Retirement of Grand Island, Nebraska, a 1~v"ebraska
<br />Non-profit Corporation, on or about April 19, 2006, which is duly recorded as Instrument
<br />No. 200604217 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Plaintiff claims the
<br />amounts stated above are now due on said Mortgage and the Note it was given to secure and
<br />prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount found due on its
<br />mortgage, together with interest and costs.
