Depue, Trustee, and is with <br /> reference to Deed of Trust wherein Donald E. Terry and Nadine R. <br /> Terry, husband and wife, is Beneficiary, and Randy L. Dibbern and <br /> gloria A. Dibbern, husband and wife, and Joed Dibbern and Robyn L. <br /> Dibbern, husband and wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, <br /> Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br /> WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br /> secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br /> execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on January 3, 2001, and <br /> identified as Document No. 0200100052, conveying to Trustee, <br /> Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br /> described in said Deed as follows, to-wit: <br /> The South Half of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter <br /> (Sl/2 S1/2 NE1/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township <br /> Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th <br /> P.M., in Hall. County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract <br /> more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as <br /> Document No. 78-000366; and <br /> The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) and the East one-third of the <br /> Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28), <br /> Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th <br /> P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract more <br /> particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document <br /> No. 78-000365 and excepting a tract more particularly de- <br /> scribed in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded as Document <br /> No. 99-112109. <br /> and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br /> Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br /> of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbef ore mentioned and <br /> described be now released to said Trustors. <br /> THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br /> and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br /> and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br /> above-described Deed of Trust, together wit 11 appurtenances and <br /> privileges thereunto belonging or apperta' i g. <br /> <br /> RONALD S.
