<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness sccurcd by the Trust Deed executed by Uden Farms,
<br />A Nebraska Partnership; Lewis J. Uden and Verde M. Uden, Husband and Wife; and Larry Uden
<br />and Cynthia Uden, Husband and Wife, to Union Bank & Trust Ca., for the benefit of Union Bank &
<br />Trust Co., the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 8. 1994, and recorded on ,Tune 10, 1994, in the
<br />affice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE, as Instrument Number 94-104947 has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance he executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and
