<br />WHEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy was filed by Sheri L. Madison-Volmer, hereinafter referred to as
<br />"Debtor", whether one or more, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska on the 18th day of
<br />December, 2009, and said Debtor was duly adjudged bankrupt on the 9th day of February, 2010; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 2l st day of December, 2009, by Order of said Court the undersigned was appointed Trustee of
<br />the estate and effects of said Debtor and is duly qualified and is now acting as such Trustee; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has given notice to creditors on the 2nd day of March, 20l 0, of his intention to sell property
<br />at private sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, since no creditors have filed objections to said sale on or before March 16, 2010, with the Bankruptcy
<br />Clerk, this Trustee is hereby authorized to sell at private sale to Ernie R. Hetrick, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer", whether
<br />one or more, for the amount of Ten Thousand and No/100 Dollars, ($10,000.00), the following described property, to-wit:
<br />Debtor's one-half interest in residence located at 228 Ruby Avenue, legally described as Packer & Barr's
<br />Second Addition, Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block Twenty-one (21), Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of said Debtor, by virtue of the powers vested in me
<br />by the Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said Notice and pursuant to said application and for other valuable consideration, do
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title and
<br />interest as such Trustee, subject to all encumbrances of record, the above described property.
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, as fully and
<br />completely as 1, the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of said Notice confirming the sale thereof and of the Bankruptcy
<br />Act might ar should sell and convey the same.
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein and this Trustee's Deed is without recourse against said
<br />Trustee either individually or as such Trustee.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, have hereunto set my hand this 6th day of April, 2010.
