Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br /> executed by THOMAS J MCGOVERN AND EMILIE L MCGOVERN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to <br /> Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA <br /> THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br /> NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary, dated JUNE 24, 1996, and <br /> recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document <br /> No. 96-104956, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br /> Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement <br /> below. <br /> <br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br /> Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br /> all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br /> of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br /> 3.
